Boot Camp Diet

Here's what makes this meal plan interesting: You are allowed to eat as much food as you desire at each meal until you are wholly satisfied, as long as you stop eating just short of getting too full.

You diet for eleven days, followed by a three-day break, followed by other eleven days of dieting, followed by other three-day break, and so on and so forth. While those three days, you are allowed to eat whatever you want. Anything. The only catch is that you must take care not to get too full at each meal While those three days.
